Refund Policy:

Please note – all SEO work is done manually to ensure best results and avoid any penalties that may be caused by any machine-generated involvement into key SEO activities. Therefore, we DO NOT provide any Refunds or money back Guarantees. This is a common practice with all responsible and professional interactive marketing companies.

This is also explained by the fact that the behavior of search engine robots and changes in the ranking algorithms of all major search engines remain out of our control. What we guarantee is that your website will be optimized in compliance with the latest search engine optimization policies (Social Store always up to date), using only “white hat” techniques, which in combination with our high expertise and hard work will eventually lead to a noticeable increase in rankings and traffic.

Social Store provides exceptional Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services to its clients. We do everything in our power to keep our prices competitive. The nature of SEO is that it is unpredictable and therefore cannot be guaranteed in any way. Any SEO Company that guarantees 1st position in Google or other search engines is not being 100% honest with its clients.

Social Store strive to be honest and Faithful to their clients, abiding by the strictest confidentiality. This means we will be completely upfront with our clients, and do everything in our best effort to satisfy them. We NEVER disclose proprietary or personal/business information to others, and will only disclose names where permission was granted prior (ie. testimonials).

We do guarantee that our SEO services will be among the best and to the most current applicable standards as dictated by the major search engines, and that your experience will quite possibly be the best you’ve had with a service provider!

Social Store does not enter into long-term contracts with its clients. Therefore the Social Store may extend the service contract on request of its clients. The month of SEO services that you purchase from Social Store is billed in advance, and payments are to be made on or before the first day of the month that services will be performed.

Once SEO services have been paid for, Social Store will render SEO Services for that entire month. To reward businesses for Loyalty, a 10% discount will be offered for full payment of the duration of the agreed upon term (ie. 6 months In All Seo Packages – 10% ).

Month to Month Clients cannot cancel SEO Services mid-month for that month’s services. At no time will any part of the current month SEO funds be refunded. If you are not 100% satisfied, then feel free to cancel before the Start of the Next Month. If for any reason you are unhappy with our SEO Services, please contact us that we may remedy the Situation.

Warranty:

Social Store warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner and that all work performed under this agreement (Search Engine Optimization Proposal Letter) will be the original work of SEO Siri and not plagiarized or in violation of any copyright or infringement laws.
